Instructions for Registration

  1. Participants are encouraged to present the accepted paper in physical mode to avail the subsidized registration fees.
  2. Conference registration fees is inclusive of GST. The registration is not complete until payment has been received. Gateway charges, along with applicable taxes or levies, if any, will have to be borne by the registrant.
  3. Registered as offline/physical mode of presentation/participation will be entitled to conference lunches, banquet dinner and hardcopy certificate of presentation/ participation (as applicable).
  4. Registered online participants will be entitled to an E-certificate of presentation/participation (as applicable) only.
  5. At least one author of each accepted paper must register for the conference.
  6. The registration fee is only to present one accepted paper. For additional paper, extra charges need to be paid.
  7. Refund and Cancellation Policy: Once registered and paid the registration fee, a candidate cannot cancel the registration. The registration fee for the conference, once paid, is not refundable.
  8. IEEE member fees discount is only applicable if an active IEEE membership number is provided in the registration form. IEEE members are requested to upload IEEE membership details during the online registration process, if registering under IEEE category.
  9. Students are defined as full-time students, enrolled for degrees with a university or another similar institution. The proof of enrolment (Valid Student ID showing name and current status) should be scanned and uploaded on the registration system).
  10. Authors opting and paying for online presentation cannot claim a refund if they switch to physical presentation.
  11. Authors opting and paying for physical presentation must pay the additional amount if switching to online presentation before the deadline.
  12. Retain the transaction ID generated by the payment gateway and your bank for future reference or tracking.
  13. The CCPIS 2025 organizing committee will not be responsible for financial loss due to improper transactions during the registration process.

Instructions for Registration

  1. At least one author for each accepted paper must register under category 1 or 2.
  2. Author can present maximum of two papers. However, each paper needs to be registered seperately.
  3. At least one author must present their accepted paper in the conference for consideration of publication on IEEE Xplore. The presenter must be a registered author for the conference.
  4. Registration fee includes publication fees, registration kit, conference lunch.
  5. Registration fee is inclusive of all applicable taxes.
  6. If required, Student registrants may be asked to submit their institute ID proof to avail the discount in registration fees.

Important Notes

  1. Registration category should be chosen appropriately from the aforementioned table.
  2. Early Bird Registration closes on Aug 01, 2025.
  3. Payment gateway charges along with applicable taxes or levies, if any, will have to be borne by the registrant.
  4. Registration fees are not refundable or non-transferable.
  5. Please keep a copy of the generated transaction ID by the payment gateway as well as by your bank. These may be required, if you need to track your payment/registration later.
  6. Please note, CCPIS 2025 organizing committee will not be responsible for any financial loss caused by improper transactions during registration process in CCPIS 2025.
  7. Participation certificate will be provided to the registered Attendees.
