Presentation Guidelines

A. Prepare Your Slides

1. Download the CCPIS2025 Presentation Template.
2. Create your slides using the template.
   • Include Paper Title, Authors, Affiliation, Paper ID on the title slide.
   • Add your email, lab/website, acknowledgements) in the Thank You Slide
3. Save your slides in two formats:
   • PPTX (File size must not exceeds 5 MB)
   • PDF (File size must not exceeds 5 MB)
4. File naming (strict):
   • Slides (PPTX): CCPIS2025_PaperID###_FirstAuthorName.pptx
   • Slides (PDF): CCPIS2025_PaperID###_FirstAuthorName.pdf

Note: Replace the ### with your respective paper ID.

B. Record Your Talk (for Online Presenters only)

1. Record a video with screen recording, voice, and presenter video using webcam.
2. Presenting author may use any one of the following to record while presenting your slides:
   • PowerPoint → Record → Export as Video
   • Zoom/Google Meet/Microsoft Teams → share screen and record locally
   • OBS Studio (advanced, free) → screen capture + mic/webcam
3. Recording Guidelines:
   • Format: Preferably MP4
   • Resolution: 720p preferred.
   • Audio: Clear mic, quiet room; speak at a steady pace.
   • Length: Max. 10 minutes
   • File Size: Must Not exceeds 100 MB
   • Check: Play the file end to end before uploading.
4. Video file naming: CCPIS2025_PaperID###_FirstAuthorName.mp4

C. Upload Slides & Videos

Please use the same Google Form link you received from the CCPIS2025 team with your acceptance/communication email. Do not create new links or email large attachments.

Steps to Upload:

1. Click on the Google Form Link.
2. Fill all the details correctly.
3. Click File upload (or drag and drop) to upload all two/three files:
   • PPTX slides
   • PDF slides
   • MP4 video (Only for online Presenters)
4. Wait until the upload finishes (progress shows 100% complete).
5. Verify the file names exactly match the required naming format.

D. Live Session Day (Online Presenters)

• Join the meeting link 10 minutes before your session.
• Recorded video will be played during the presentation
• Use the display name: PID ### Presenting Author Name.
• Keep your slides/video ready locally as a backup.
• Presenting author must be available online for Q&A immediately after your talk (as instructed by your Session Chair).

Online link will be shared to the authors in due course of time.
