All accepted papers for CCPIS 2025 must strictly adhere to the following technical and formatting requirements before final submission:
Authors must revise their paper based on the reviewer comments (if any) available in the Microsoft CMT Portal. No changes should be made beyond those necessary for addressing reviewers' feedback and formatting requirements.
The final manuscript must be formatted strictly as per the IEEE Conference Template, which is available here. Submissions that do not follow the IEEE template will not be forwarded for publication in IEEE Xplore.
The similarity index (checked using plagiarism detection software)
must be within 20% excluding references.
If the similarity exceeds 20% (excluding references), the paper will
not be forwarded for publication in IEEE Xplore.
Please proof-read your manuscript thoroughly before submission to ensure that it is final and does not require further revision.

To enable your paper to appear in IEEE Xplore, it is mandatory to transfer copyright to IEEE through the Electronic Copyright Form (eCF) process. Please note that no other mode of copyright transfer is accepted.
